When creating a Work Order from a Notification our “Task List Pop-up” tool (one of 3 components of our Task List Review Suite) presents a list of Task Lists for technical objects maintained on the Notification header, plus Task Lists for the superior Functional Location and its hierarchy.
Task Lists from PM Assemblies (BOMs) and Equipment installed are also presented for selection.
When a Task List is selected from the pop-up, the following items are added to the created Work Order:
- Task List Operations and Long Text
- Components
- Documents (PRTs)
- Service Specifications.
